The project must not have progressed beyond a certain predefined stage, which will be communicated to the client during the initial project discussion. The request for a refund must be made within 12 days of the initial payment or before the project progresses beyond the predefined stage, whichever comes first.
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their project at any time. However, cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of the project and the resources already invested. The cancellation fee will be communicated to the client upon cancellation request.
Refund Process: To request a refund, clients must contact our support team at info@mothersolution.in. The request will be reviewed by our management team, and a decision will be communicated to the client within 12 business days.
